No. Airlines will not allow tickets to be transferred to another name. If you are unable to travel, you may be able to obtain a refund on your ticket. Please refer to your documentation for cancellation conditions.

You may be able to manage your booking on the airline's website, and select a seat in advance.

Some seats, such as emergency exit seats can only be allocated at check-in due to to security checks.

Some airlines now charge for booking a seat in advance. Please check with your Travel Expert.
Baggage allowances vary depending on the airline you are flying with and where you are flying from and to.

Please note that there are some variations to airline's standard policies, i.e. Jet Airways student/youth fares permit 1 piece of baggage at 30kg.

Some airlines now charge for baggage on internal flights within the USA.

Budget airlines such as Virgin Blue and Virgin Australia also charge for baggage allowance.
We recommend that you arrive at the airport no later than three hours before an long haul flight and two hours before short haul or domestic flights.

This is to allow time to clear security and immigration.

Where possible, checking in online on your airline's website 24 hours before your flight should reduce waiting time at the airport.

Photo ID issued by an Australian State Government or the Australian Federal Government eg. 18+ plus card.

International Travel

Please ensure you have a minimum 6 months validity on your passport from your return date of travel.
The First and Last Name on your air ticket must match your First and Last name on your passport. Middle names are not required on your airline ticket.

Refunds that have been applied for with the airlines have an estimated 8-12 week processing time and will be refunded to the original payment method.
Should your flight schedule change we will notify you via email or call the contact person listed in the booking, so there is no need to contact us to reconfirm your flights.
